To Remove Pills: To remove the little pill-like balls from a sweater, brush them. Of all the brushes we tried, a wig brush with tiny plastic balls at the end of the bristles worked best. It also helped to keep changing direction when brushing the sweater. Brush up, brush sideways, brush down—but always brush gently. And remember, this depilling process maizes the sweater better, but not like new.
